SHARPRO.biz provides cutting tool information, technical resources, links to retail purchase options on Amazon, and support for B2B inquiries.

Retail Purchases

Retail purchases are completed on Amazon. The seller, price, availability, payment, delivery, and return terms applicable to each purchase are those displayed for the relevant Amazon listing and order.

B2B Inquiries and Orders

Submitting an inquiry does not create an order or reserve inventory.

Direct B2B orders require written confirmation of product specifications, quantities, pricing, payment terms, delivery arrangements, and cancellation, return, and product claim procedures.

Payment is arranged by bank transfer (T/T) according to the agreed quotation, pro forma invoice, or sales agreement. The contracting business entity and payment beneficiary are identified in the order documents.

Technical Information

Operating parameters depend on the tool, material, machine, workholding, and operating conditions. Confirm product suitability before ordering and follow applicable equipment and tool safety instructions.
